We welcome local independent businesses to our event and curate them carefully to ensure products and services do not clash with Coal Yard businesses or other external stalls. Please read the
Stallholders Information and T&C's
before completing the form.
Approx 3m x 3m pitch spaces are £10 (no power provided unless requested). You must provide your own weighted gazebo/van, table, chair and have a valid public liability insurance. If you sell food you must also have a food hygiene certificate. We will have a TENs licence for the whole yard for selling alcohol. Please ensure all electrical items are PAT tested.
Both card and cash payments should be accepted by stallholders so please bring a float (wifi available on request).
